The Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Ballet as one of two assistant principals at HF-L High School, following a thorough selection process.

Ballet brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership and classroom instruction. Most recently, he served as assistant principal at Wayland-Cohocton Middle School, where he managed student behavior, led teacher evaluations, and collaborated on district safety initiatives. Prior to that, Ballet was the elementary summer school principal and special education department leader at Bloomfield Central School District, overseeing academic programming, staff supervision, and student support services.

Ballet holds a CAS in School Building/District Leadership from SUNY Brockport, a Master’s in Inclusive Secondary Education from Nazareth College, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is certified in New York State as a school building leader, school district leader, and as a teacher of social studies and students with disabilities.

HF-L is excited to welcome Ballet to the district in November. His commitment to fostering safe, supportive, and student-centered learning environments will be a tremendous asset to our school community.

The district extends its sincere gratitude to all who participated in the search process and looks forward to Ballet’s leadership and contributions at HF-L High School.
